In conjunction with World Maritime Day 2025, the Museums Department through the Archaeology and Monuments Division is holding the Brunei Darussalam Maritime Museum Traveling Exhibition to showcase a collection of photographs throughout the establishment of the Brunei Darussalam Maritime Museum for 3 months until the 26th of February. The exhibition explores the journey of the Brunei Darussalam Maritime Museum as an institution that studies, preserves and exhibits the country's maritime treasures, while also showing the public the 10-year development of the Brunei Darussalam Maritime Museum from its inception in 2015 until 2025.

The exhibition also showcases items actually used by the divers during the 1997 excavation of the Brunei Shipwreck.
